Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.
4.3 kig88 may, at its discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. A declined application does not give rise to any claim against kig88.
4.4 All Accounts are personal to the Player registered. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your Account or any right therein to any third party.
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. kig88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for added security.
5.2 Any activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed and deposits made — is your sole responsibility. kig88 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access is attributable to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

6.3 Funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving funds from a third party for the purpose of wagering, is strictly prohibited.

6.5 Deposits are credited to your kig88 Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. kig88 is not responsible for delays caused by banks, e-wallet operators, or third-party payment processors.
7.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, wherever technically possible. kig88 may request withdrawal to an alternative verified account in your name where the original deposit method does not support outbound transfers.
7.2 A Player must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal will be processed. kig88 may request additional verification documents for subsequent withdrawals at its discretion.

8.1 kig88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet sizes, and validity periods.
8.2 Where a conflict exists between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
8.3 Bonus Abuse. kig88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or mathematically certain wagering strategies to meet rollover requirements; systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play; and collusion between players to circumvent bonus conditions. kig88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend accounts, and recover any funds paid out in connection with identified abuse.
8.4 Bonuses are personal to the Player to whom they are issued and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another Account or player.
9.1 All bets and game decisions are final once confirmed on the Platform. kig88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers, except where the Platform has suffered a technical error that materially affected the outcome of the bet.
9.2 kig88 publishes sport-specific and game-specific rules that govern the settlement of individual markets. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a bet. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, kig88's decision — applied consistently with its published rules — shall be final and binding.
9.3 Error and Void Bets. kig88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneously quoted price, where a technical malfunction has affected the display of odds or game outcomes, or where the bet was placed in circumstances that kig88 determines to be a manifest error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Balance.
9.4 kig88 operates a maximum win limit per bet and per day. Specific limits are set at the market or game level and are visible prior to bet placement. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be reduced to the published limit.
9.5 kig88 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the Account of any Player whose betting patterns — including the frequency, size, and timing of wagers — suggest professional arbitrage, syndicated betting, or use of automated betting systems. This clause does not affect the validity of bets already settled.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kig88 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

13.2 kig88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. If kig88 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21, it will suspend the Account pending age verification and will not permit any withdrawals until the Player's age has been confirmed to kig88's satisfaction.

14.1 By kig88. kig88 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where kig88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where closure is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.
14.2 Where an Account is closed due to the Player's breach of these Terms, any Balance in the Account may be forfeited in full. Where closure is for any other reason, kig88 will return the verified real-money Balance to the Player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.3 By the Player. You may close your kig88 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected].
